improve rpm package:

The current rpm package on a Fedora 13 system makes the / directory (as well as others) world writable. This is a terrible security hole.

Caught it because sendmail (fortunately!) stopped working

        I have no idea how this happened. I use a program, "alien" to convert the .deb packages into RPMs. I don't have an rpm-based system to try this out on. Would it be best to remove the download?
