"Select, move, resize" a group of objects
It would be nice, if the user can select a group of objects with the "Select a shape to move and resize it"-tool like in other programs.
a) Selection by "press, drag, release" over an area
b) Adding/removing of objects by holding shift while either single or area select.6 votes -

support svg
I i would like to see you supporting svg. SVG should even become the default file format since this will ensure that we can read our notes even in 20 years

Automatic detection of objects
It would be good if the program automatically detects the objects you draw as if you draw a circle by hand then, the program recognizes the fact and draw a perfect circle or a rectangle or a line, etc., so you must not always switch between modes by hand, and accelerating the work enormously.

improve rpm package:
The current rpm package on a Fedora 13 system makes the / directory (as well as others) world writable. This is a terrible security hole.
Caught it because sendmail (fortunately!) stopped working

enable zoom for the pages
I mainly use Whyteboard to comment on and edit pdf docs submitted by students. It would be great to view the pages in zoom, page width, rather than the whole page. It would give me better control of highlighting, commenting etc.
